The Second Crusade of EarthMC's official declaration (EMC 2nd Crusade: Official declaration on Google Docs) is a document published by Pope Benedict XVII declaring the start of the Second Crusade of EarthMC. The document was published on the Roman Catholic Church Discord Server on July 3rd, 2021 and made on Google Docs.
The Crusade ended on September 15th, 2021 with the signing of The Apostolic Accords.
Background[]
On July 23rd, 2021, Thanamos, the King of Francia, posted a message on Francia's official Discord server. This message, in general, declared that the kingdom of Francia didn't consider the Holy See and the Roman Catholic Church as legitimate. Pope Benedict XVII, on the same day, released another statement on the Roman Catholic Church Discord Server warning the nobility of Francia to not continue with these actions or face consequences.
Three days later, Cinnamon, the Queen of Francia, invited all of the citizens of the nations to join the Apostolic Church. The event caused the Church to declare the Second Crusade of EarthMC with the release of the EMC 2nd Crusade: Official delcaration.
