Niger is the largest and most active nation on the African mainland. It was founded on November 25th as the Islamic_State by MLGTerra. Its leaders rotate between certain people, and so do the capitals. However, the nation spawn remains in Bikini Bottom.

The government of Niger is led by the Liter, who is non democratically elected through a rotation. The current Liter is Skater2323.

Constitution
The Niger Constitution is continually amended. A Big Boy in the nation can make any amendment and does not require approval. Current amendments are:
