TransientBeing is the incumbent leader of Molodezhnaya and mayor of Harepan. He joined in mid-September 2019, soon becoming the leader of Harepan.

History

TransientBeing first joined the server on the 17th September 2019, being recruited to Harepan by Shmalter. About a month later, Shmalter's player data would be removed. As a result, Transientbeing would be made the next leader of the nation. After developing the town with the help of Nubians, he would go inactive, joining every month or so to keep the nation alive.
